Angela brings over 15 years of focused experience in long-term care planning to her role at Matador Insurance Services, where she serves as a key resource for advisors and clients navigating the complexities of aging-related financial risks. A licensed life and health advisor, Angela specializes in both standalone LTC products and hybrid Life + LTC solutions—helping families protect their wealth and preserve peace of mind through thoughtful planning.

Angela’s perspective on risk is both professional and deeply personal. As her own parents aged, she witnessed firsthand the emotional and financial strain that can come without proper planning. That experience fuels her passion today: helping clients take proactive steps to shield their assets, reduce future burdens on loved ones, and maintain dignity and independence throughout retirement.

At Matador, Angela supports advisors at every level—from seasoned professionals managing complex LTC cases to those tackling their very first. She provides tailored case design, pre-underwriting consultations, marketing resources, competitive quoting, and guidance on post-decline options—ensuring every case has a strategic and compassionate touch.

Angela holds degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Moorhead State University and earned her law degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law before entering the insurance industry. Her analytical training and risk-oriented mindset make her an invaluable asset in the long-term care planning space.

Outside of work, Angela and her husband Oliver are a competitive, sports-loving family. Together with their daughter Sofia, they spend most weekends on the tennis courts or soccer fields, competing in matches, leagues, and tournaments across the region.
