Krista brings over 20 years of operational and client service experience to her role at Matador Insurance Services, combining her deep expertise in the medical industry with a sharp understanding of life insurance operations. With 16 years in healthcare and 5 years dedicated to life insurance, Krista plays a pivotal role in ensuring that every case at Matador is handled with precision, urgency, and care.

Known for her professionalism and responsiveness, Krista serves as the backbone of Matador’s new business process. She specializes in working with wirehouses and has a detailed knowledge of their compliance standards and procedures—making her an invaluable resource for both clients and advisors. Whether it’s navigating paperwork, ensuring case updates are communicated promptly, or overcoming administrative hurdles, Krista ensures a seamless experience from application to delivery.

Krista holds a B.A. in Apparel Studies with a minor in Interior Design from North Dakota State University. Her eye for detail and structured approach translate naturally into her work at Matador, where organization and communication are critical to delivering an exceptional client experience.

Outside of the office, Krista enjoys spending time with her husband Ryan and their three children. When life isn’t centered around sports practices or school events, she loves relaxing at the lake, diving into a good book, and exploring new destinations with her family.
